摘要：从一定意义上讲，社会关系是由多重权力关系所构成的社会网络；在一定的社会关系下所形成的权力关系具有自身的基本属性：广延性、综合性、坚韧性、目的性、有效性、潜在性、服务性、责任性和对称与非对称性。权力关系的基本属性决定了运行权力必须遵循权力伦理和权力道德。比之一般伦理道德，权力道德具有自身的基本特性：内容的政治性、本质的责任性、形式的公权性、功能的示范性和角色的多重性。

Abstract: In a certain sense,social relationship is a kind of social network consisting of more levels of power relationship.The power relationship forming under the certain social renationship has its basic attribute:its attribute of extension,comprehension,indomitable and purposeful,effective character,potertial character,service and responsibility character,symmetry and non-symmetry character.The general attribute of the power relationship decided that authority must act according to the power ethic and power morals.Compared with the general ethic and morals,power morals has its own basic characteristics:the political character of the content of power ethic responsibility of the nature,publicity of the form,modality of the function and variety of the role.
