Abstract: The group behavior phenomenon of non-direct interest conflict participated and deduced by multiple social subjects of non-direct interest relationship represents in some way the group behavior from desolate dormancy to vibrant frequency during the transitional period in our country.The core of the existence and frequency of this phenomenon is directly related to the issues of people’s rights,value and dignity.Especially,in the situation of conflicts,the group of social semi-group of nihility and fictitious network group bring about the state of double nihility in society which triggers the public’s anxieties and restlessness,and increases the new social and political risk factors.So,we must go by the idea of people foremost and the power for the people and probe from the angle of human subjectivity and pay more attention to people’s actual survival state so as to make social semi-group change from nihility to reality and set foot on the earth solidly.
