摘要/Abstract

摘要：《阿尔弗雷德法典》的研究在我国尚属空白，但阿尔弗雷德法典时期构成了英国社会由野蛮到文明、由无阶级社会到阶级社会过渡的重要一环，法典反映了英吉利王国统一前的社会梗概。通过阿尔弗雷德法典的研究，既可以明晰这一时期盎格鲁—撒克森人封建化的基本情况，同时可以进一步说明马克思、恩格斯关于封建社会形态的科学论断。

Abstract: The research on The Laws of Alfred is still blank in our country.The period of The Laws of Alfred forms an important phase in British society from a primitive one to a civilized one,and from non-class society to class society.The Laws of Alfred reflects social situation before the British Kingdom was united.Through the research of The Laws of Alfred,we may get a glimpse of the feudalism of the Anglo-Saxon people,and better understand the scientific exposition of Marx and Engles on feudal social state.
