摘要：赖欣巴哈的频率论概率逻辑系统与理论是将概率理论和数理逻辑的理论与方法转移到归纳逻辑的研究中而构造出来的，从数学上说，运用了数学概率论的频率概念，从逻辑上说，它是一种外延的、关系的、多值的逻辑。其特点就在于它用到了频率解释。它使归纳逻辑向形式化和数量化的研究方面前进了一大步。虽然在其发展过程中也遇到了一些困难，但恰恰是这些困难促使其对该系统不断进行修改和补充，逐渐完善。同时，他对概率逻辑的研究也充分体现了当前科学技术相互渗透并具有统一化、整体化的这一历史必然趋势。

Abstract: Reichenbach’s logic of Reichenbach’s logic of frequency probability is constructed by removing the theory and practice of probability logic and mathematics logic into the logic of induction.In view of mathematics,it uses the concept of frequency probability of the theory of mathematical probability;in view of logic,it is an external,relative,and multi-valued logic.It is characterized by frequency explanation,which greatly puts forward induction logic into a research of form and quantity.It is the difficulties in its development that continuously revise and perfect its system.Reichenbach’s research into the logic of frequency probability indicates that modern science and technology are infiltrated with each other and they have the historical tendency of unification and integration.
