摘要/Abstract

摘要：郭嵩焘针对鸦片战争后清王朝内忧外患，社会道德沦丧，提出了“人心风俗为立国之本”的社会道德思想，具有鲜明的道德主义色彩、近代色彩和实践色彩。尽管这种思想具有明显的时代特征，但并不是真正的近代思想。

Abstract: After the Opium War,the Qing Dynasty was faced with internal disorders and foreign invasions.The social morals degenerated as well.Seeing this situation,Guo Songtao put forward the social moral thought of “regarding morality and custom as the basis of building a country”.The thought has bright moralistic,modern and practical features.However,it is not a true modern thought.
