摘要:中国诸子百家之不同,不在于是否主张专制,因为他们都是肯定专制的专制主义论者;也不在于主张在何种历史条件下应该专制,因为他们都认为专制在任何历史条件下都是应该的,他们都是永恒的超历史的专制主义论者。他们的不同只在于主张怎样的专制:是王道的、开明的、仁慈的专制主义,还是霸道的、野蛮的、邪恶的专制主义?因此,中国专制主义便可以归结为两大混合类型:以孔子和儒家为代表的“永恒且开明专制主义”与以韩非和法家为代表的“永恒且邪恶专制主义”。

Abstract: The differences of the various schools of thoughts and their exponents during the period from pre-Qin times to the early years of the Han Dynasty do not lie in their advocacies,for they are all autocracism affirmers;nor do they lie in their historical conditions,for they all regard that autocracism should be conducted under any historical conditions,i.e.they are consistent autocracism supporters beyond history.Their differences lie in the ways of autocracy:should it be a benevolent,open and kind one,or should it be overbearing,wild,and evil? Based on this,autocracism in China can be classified into two kinds:the permanent and open autocracism represented by the Confucian school,and the permanent and evil one presented by the Legalists school.
