On the Influence of Family on Women's Entrepreneurship Intention from the Perspective of Boundary

Abstract: This paper takes 393 potential female entrepreneurs as the objects and empirically studies the pushing effect of family demand and family work resource on female entrepreneurial intention,using SPSS 22.0 and Process 2.16.The results are as follows:family demand and family resource are both positively related to female entrepreneurial intention;family demand and family resource have pushing and pulling effects on female entrepreneurial intention respectively,in which boundary attributes(family flexibility-willingness and permeability)and work-family relationship(conflict and enrichment) are exerting serial mediating effects;in China,the pulling effect of family resource on entrepreneurial intention is greater than the pushing effect of family demand.
