Abstract: The Bai Nationality in Hunan Province have inherited the tradition of Bai Nationality in Yunnan Province in their patron god worship,which is characterized by primitive religious belief.On the other hand,patron god worship of Bai Nationality in Hunan Province has distinctive history and regional culture features.Military migration,special history experience and mixed residence environment have caused differences in types and characteristics of patron god worship between Bai Nationality in the two provinces.
