Abstract: As an important part of China's national development strategy,Eco-construction requires the recognition and treatment of the relationship between economic development and ecological protection at a strategic level.Historical evolution of the ecological construction strategies reflects the historical differences in the understanding and practice of a nation's development strategy concerning the relations between human and nature.Since 1949,China's ecological construction strategy has experienced the four historical stages of “service”,“coordination”,“parallelism” and “integration”,which indirectly reflects the evolution of China's strategies on economic and social development.
