Abstract: With the  impetus of the circulation of the use rights of country land, there is a very important change in the social economic relations. The collective economic organizations of the country enjoy the proprietary rights of Land. The contracting farmers would get farmland rent depending on the use rights of land. As the investors in agriculture, the renters of the land circulation can get their in-come of management. The system of the social economic relations, including the proprietary rights of land and  those who have the use rights of land ; the investors in agnricltune and farm workers,was fomed this way.
