我国农村经济发展与金融制度变迁的相互关系

摘要/Abstract

摘要：我国农村经济发展之所以滞后于城市经济发展，其中一个重要原因，就是农村经济体制改革滞后于城市经济体制改革，以及与其相联系农村金融体制改革滞后于农村经济体制改革。农村金融体制改革面临的主要问题，是如何培育农村金融交易条件。当前应当把深化农村信用社的改革放在突出的位置，并因势利导地发挥民间信用在农村资金融通中的补充作用。

关键词： 农村金融, 体系结构, 制度变迁, 正规金融, 民间信用

Abstract: One of the reasons that rural economic development is behind that in urban is that the reform of rural economic system is behind that in urban,and the reform of rural financial system is behind the reform of rural economic system.The major problem now in the reform of rural financial system is how to cultivate rural financial exchange.We should give prominent attention to the reform of rural credit cooperatives,and properly guide non-government credit in complementing rural fund.
