摘要：工匠精神在追求劳动产品“精益求精”的同时，对劳动方式、劳动意义、劳动者产生了深刻的影响。基于马克思异化劳动理论分析工匠精神所蕴含的创造性、利他性、超功利性等特征，可知工匠精神是对异化劳动的一种克服和扬弃。在扬弃的过程中，工匠精神的内涵也不断得到扩展和深化。
关键词： 工匠精神, 异化劳动, 自由全面发展
Abstract: Craftsmanship has a profound impact on the mode of labor,the meaning of labor and the labor(s) in its pursuit of perfection in products.Based on Marx's alienation labor theory,analyses of the features in craftsmanship like innovation,altruism,and ultra-utilitarianism reveal that craftsmanship is the supersession and sublation of alienated labor.It is in the process of sublation that craftsmanship is extended and promoted.
